New Reviews

It's Midterm Season (2 this week, and 2 the next), which means the only things I'll be reading for now will probably be my study notes and textbooks =(
I will sneak in some book-time when my brain starts cramping though, and maybe even finish one of the many listed above that I'm currently working my way through...

Giveaway Poll Reminder
If you haven't voted on my 50 followers giveaway poll, please do (it's at the top of the page)! I need votes from at least half of my followers (25 in this case) to vote for either option 1 or 2 before I actually host the giveaway. There's been 11 votes so far (on options 1 or 2), 14 more to go! Voting closes February 6th!

You've got a lot of reading on the go. Don't know where you find the time with studies too. Have a good reading week.

Wow, you do have a lot on the go! I hope that you are enjoying Sherlock Holmes, I love those books!

I know how you feel about having trouble fitting in the reading. I complained of the same thing in my Its Monday What are you reading

I've not quite been able to bring myself to buy the Shatner Star Trek book. I've bought his Teklords, one of the other books he wrote.

Something tells me that a Shatner-penned Star Trek book would be a little too Kirk-heavy for my taste.

Are you enjoying Poison Sleep? I read all the books that TA Pratt had out in the series. I enjoyed them, although there was one that was a little slower moving for me, I can't remember which one it was. I would have to go back and flip though the books quickly to tell you which one.

Are you enjoying the Rob Thurman series? I have this on my list to start, hopefully soon.

Happy reading!

These look good! I haven't yet read any Sherlock Holmes. I think I should. I've heard good things about the recent movie adaptation, too.

@ Sandra, ibeeeg, Jennifer, Tracy
thanks! I'm hoping I'll have more time near the end of the week to at least finish two of those books on the list lol

@ Becky, Gwen, dArLyN, Stephanie
I'm really loving the Sherlock series right now, will be posting more reviews as I work through more audiobooks =) and the movie was AMAZING (naturally, since it has RDJ =D)

@ Michelle
yeah, I heard warnings about it too, and I'm not really fond of either of Kirk's incarnations (TOS or reboot), but I still went ahead and got it
have to say I'm not enjoying it as much (as I feared), but it is a passable mystery sci-fi novel, and Spock does get at least 1/3 of the attention lol

@ Melissa
I do like the Marla series, just a bit put off by some of the more juvenile phrasing...it is fun to read about Marla falling under the lovespell of some guy though, major crack lol
as for Rob Thurman...the story is interesting, but the writing and dialogue is very grade-school/middle-school worthy...if you don't mind that, I'm sure you can enjoy it =)
